Cancellation Policy – PayPop
You may cancel your PayPop subscription or service by submitting written notice prior to the start of your next billing cycle or renewal term. Cancellations received after a billing cycle has begun may not be eligible for a refund and may be subject to applicable fees as outlined in your service agreement or platform terms.
If your access to PayPop is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service or other contractual obligations, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of your service.
Following cancellation or termination, your account data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is your responsibility to download and retain any reports, transaction history, or documentation prior to account closure.
PayPop reserves the right to update, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, or service tier at any time, with or without notice. Refunds related to such changes will only be issued if explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.
